Arrival
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to change and relax. With each treatment, you are invited to enjoy the fitness center and participate in our Roman Rituals, including our Signature Roman Baths. (Please see our Roman Rituals within the Signature Experiences section of our website.)

Checking In
We will provide you with a luxurious robe and slippers to wear while you are in the spa. You are welcome to wear whatever you find comfortable underneath your robe. If you would like to indulge yourself at home, our robes are also available for purchase in our store by the reception desks.

Cell Phones
We strive to provide our guests a tranquil retreat from the day-to-day. Please help us by turning off cell phones and pagers upon entering the spa.

Artisans
All of our Artisans are highly trained aestheticians and massage therapists, ready to answer your questions and help you identify the right treatment to meet your specific needs.

Cancellation Courtesy
We understand if you have to reschedule your treatment. As a courtesy to our guests and staff, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. Our Artisans are dedicated to their clients for the full time allotted for a service. Therefore cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% for the scheduled service.

Tipping
Industry standard tipping is 15% - 20% of the price of the service provided. For your convenience a 18% gratuity will be added to your spa treatment charges at the point of check in. However, the amount you leave is completely at your discretion. In addition tip envelopes are available at the receptions desks for cash tips.

Gift Certificates
As a luxurious gift of indulgence, Qua Baths and Spa Gift Certificates are available at the reception desk for any denomination. You may also purchase specific treatments if you like.

Spa & Facility usage (Age Requirements)
The required age to have spa treatments performed at Qua Baths & Spa is 21 years and older. To use the facilities of the spa (Roman Baths, Fitness, Pool) the required age is 21 years and older.
